Todo visitante a Lima Perú deben tener la experiencia del cebiche con Miguel ,desde que llegas te sientes en casa como si lo conocieras de toda la vida, todo es impecable, Miguel sabe mucho del tema y disfruta mucho su trabajo y luego vienen una y otra sorpresa ya quiero volver pasamos un día fantástico recomendable Al 101% no se lo pierdan por algo lo elegí es el mejor!!! Ese Ceviche es el mejor!!

It was a memorable experience spending time with Miguel in Lima's Lince neighborhood, making ceviche and Pisco sour, strolling around the neighboorhood market, learning about the history of Asian migration to Peru as well as about the rhythms and instruments used in Afro-Peruvian music. Miguel and his wife Sonia were really kind and lovely hosts throughout the experience. Miguel's warm hospitality helped us delve into his love of the neighborhood where he has been living for forty years, and his passion for Peruvian culture, cuisine and music. Just do not try to squeeze this experience immediately before another schedule but instead relax and enjoy the experience.

Miguel and Sonya were fantastic hosts! My husband and I truly loved learning how to make ceviche and pisco sour. It was also exciting to learn about Afro-Peruvian music with instruments as well. I highly recommend this experience if you are looking for an exclusive time.
