Married to Alan. We renovated the cottage over the last 10 years. We enjoy the outdoors and have an interesting garden with a stream, hut and fire pit. We lead local foraging walks. I am a potter and run sessions by arrangement. I am a keen gardener and Alan is a forester. We love the outdoors, mountains, woodland, coast and moorland around us

A fantastic Airbnb for a peaceful getaway from the city! In the centre of Danby - only 5 min from the train station and right next to a lovely British pub! The cottage is big and spacious, and Gaynor is an amazing host! Very responsive in the messages, and quite flexible to make your stay more comfortable. We were allowed to check out anytime we wanted which was really helpful! The cottage of course was equipped with all the amenities, including books and games in case you’d like to stay the night in. Coffee, tea and whatnot were also provided. We’d definitely recommend the cottage, and we will be certainly coming back :)
