julio de 2025Francesca's pasta class is the absolute best, most authentic experience you will have in Italy. Yes, the pasta is good, but Francesca herself is a gem, so welcoming, knowledgable, caring, genuinely kind, funny, wonderful to be around. She truly cares about creating a wonderful experience for her guests and shares her passion for cooking and recipes she learned from her grandmother. I took this class as a solo traveller, but it would also be great for couples, families with kids, friends, or other solo travelers - it's perfect for any skill level and any age.
If you're considering a cooking class on Lake Como, this is 110% hands down the one you should book.

junio de 2025This was one of the most valuable experiences we had in our entire honeymoon. The host made sure we were comfortable. She went above and beyond what you expect from a traditional cooking class. More than the actual pasta making her company is quite enjoyable. She is full of history and knowledge and is very excited to share it all. It felt as if we were at dinner with one of our friends. I highly highly recommend this experience, not only for couples but for a group as well as it’s very enjoyable and you hope it lasts longer.

junio de 2025It was an amazing experience with a master who know everything about pasta and how to make it ! Also you will learn a food history from where and how is happened. I was really surprised with this experience. Master Francesca was the best of the best !

enero de 2025My brother and I had a blast! It was our first time making homemade pasta. We learned so much about making pasta dough, regional cuisine in Italy, made several different shapes of pasta, and laughed a lot. She treated us with regional cheeses, meats, and prosecco while letting our dough rest. After making our pasta, she cooked it and served it with wine and the delicious tomatoes sauce she prepared. Soo yummy!! After eating we drink coffee, chatted, and shared many laughs.
