Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Ivan was our guide and picked us up from our Airbnb and was very knowledgeable about the city and the balloon ride. NGO staff was very friendly and location was decorated for Día De Los Muertos, which made for great pictures. They offered complimentary coffee and if you happen to not bring a jacket they have cozy ponchos to borrow. The staff was also very attentive on taking pictures while waiting for the balloon to inflate and have everyone board the basket. It can carry a total of 16 people and it’s cash only. The pictures and video is optional for purchase with cash or card. Seeing the sunrise was such a beautiful sight along with flying over the pyramids. Once done, we ate at La Gruta, and there’s no words to describe how beautiful this cave restaurant is and the food was also delicious. I would definitely do this again and recommend this to all!

This tour was Amazing !!!! Jorge was our host and he was punctual in picking us up, very friendly, good communication and very detailed in taking our photos and videos. He took us after to have breakfast in The Cueva and then to the Pyramids. He drop us off very punctual. Overall he made this experience more pleasant and enjoyable!!!! Definitely will recommend!!

This experience was well worth it, and a great easy way to get out to Teotihuacan! It is strongly geared towards those who want to post about it on social media, but you can ignore that and just enjoy the incredible experience of the hot air balloon ride if you want to.
