Leuk klein huisje, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heerlijk zwembad. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Suzanne is een supervriendelijk host. We zijn ook een paar keer naar kustplaatsjes gegaan. Alles goed te doen. Een aanrader!!!!

Het is in de vorige reviews al herhaaldelijk gezegd : Suzanne is de ideale gastvrouw. Ze is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds bereid om je tips te geven om de omgeving te verkennen. Haar huis was gezellig en kraaknet. Maar niet zo groot; het was echt wel puzzelen om je bagage uit te pakken.
De locatie is ook super : net buiten het dorpje en het startpunt voor mooie wandelingen in de omliggende natuur. En nadien zalig relaxen in het zwembad !

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne’s place in Monchique. The accommodation was clean, peaceful and equipped with everything you need. The kitchenette was perfectly set up to prepare breakfast and simple meals, and the pool was a great refreshment. The whole place truly feels like an oasis of calm.

Suzanne is an amazing host; she respects your privacy but is always available with excellent tips for beautiful hikes and local activities. She knows the area very well and shares genuine local insights. On arrival she even welcomed us with fresh tomatoes and blueberries from her own garden, such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy nature, tranquility and warm hospitality.

Suzanne is such a kind and attentive host, always ready to help with anything we needed. We also loved her adorable dogs.
