Nana-san’s class was amazing! She is the sweetest. She made me an amazing vegan lunch with so much thought. We had a great time conversing about veganism, she is such a respectful and open minded person ❤️ her miso is beyond this world, she will show you how versatile miso is, from salad dressing to caramel for ice cream!!! Can’t wait to try my miso in a couple of months and to try some of her recipes that she posts about in her blog!! She’s a Miso magician ❤️

it was the best experience we've had in a long time. Nana was superb. We had an amazing lunch together, we made miso and Nana explained with much details.
We met local farmers and even had an extra lesson on onigiri.
Absolutely recommended!

Where do I start? There are so many wonderful things that I want to say about Nana and the tofu making experience that I don’t know where to begin. Nana is a warm, welcoming, delightful, human being, and hostess. If you have any reservations about going to an experience in someone’s home, put your concerns aside and give it a try. My family and I felt like part of Nana‘s extended family once we entered her home. She is such a knowledgeable chef with a passion that is infectious! Nana took us through making multiple food items beyond the tofu, and prepared one of the most beautiful, elaborate meals I have ever seen! Nana’s delicious food is made with love 💕 🌱💕🌱. Make time on your trip for this experience!!

I’m very happy I found Nana-san lessons. Nana-san talks about ingredients, tools, and the people who grows and prepares food with such love and respect. She transmitted that same warmth to me while we were cooking in the kitchen, when we sat, ate and talked. Thank you for showing me around every preparation, ingredient and tool of your kitchen.
