The paella cooking experience with Pipa was one that I'll always associate with my first trip in Madrid. Pipa was funny, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pipa's flat was amazing and easy to find. She made sure to include every member of our group in conversations and cooking duties. I could tell that sharing her knowledge and history of paella was a passion. For my first Airbnb experience, this exceeded my expectations and I recommend cooking with Pipa!
