This was so much fun! Susan has an amazing energy that you just want to be around. The hike was beautiful and she was so knowledgeable about the plants, animals and the park. The yoga portion was heavenly and we actually got to lay down in the redwood forest which was extremely grounding and peaceful. I wish I lived in Santa Rosa so I could do this regularly!!
