Hey there stranger! I'm Michela but I mostly go by Mik, well now it’s mammi. I’m a stay at home mum, who was definitely born under a lucky star as I have turned something I love to do (giving cooking classes) into my profession. When I’m not at home you will find me at the gym burning off the extra Pastizzi calories. But I do love going to the beach or some fancy cocktail bar. Looking forward to meeting you!

Michela was a warm and knowledgeable host. She made the class fun and easy to understand. She made sure everyone participated and opportunity to get hands on. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to experience a bit of the real Malta. Michela was genuine and proud of the cultural significance of what she was teaching. I was grateful for the opportunity to learn from her.
