Our party of seven loved everything about our Tuscan cooking class. Katia and Flavio were warm and gracious hosts. It was the perfect start to our stay in Tuscany, and they offered wonderful recommendations for the rest of our trip!

Katia’s class was wonderful! She speaks clearly when speaking Italian or English. We learned how to make two types of pasta, pici with a red, garlic, rosemary sauce, which is typical of Tuscany, and a white sauce made with cannellini beans. We also made bruschetta and chicken saltimbocca. The food was accompanied by wine and lively conversation. Katia also produces award winning extra virgin oil. It was a beautiful experience!

We absolutely loved this class. It was a ton of food and information and we learned (and ATE!), a lot! Katie is so friendly and makes everything very informal and accessible. She answers questions and makes great conversation and really makes you feel at home in her lovely kitchen. We want to make all the recipes again at home and I’m sure we’ll be able to after her instruction!
