Hey there! :) I'm a Portuguese food writer and veg cook. Passionate about all things that involve exploring, mingling with people, learning more about new cultures and training my palate to enjoy new flavors. I traveled full-time for about 5 years and stayed at Airbnb properties all over the place. Right now, I am based in Lisbon, Portugal, where I curate unique food experiences with my friend João, to showcase the best of my country!

Sergio is great. He was very on top of things and yet at the same time so chill. Exactly what I want for a classroom where I’m looking to learn on vacation. After the class was over, all of the students stayed back to talk to each other for a bit. Which I think is just a good indication of how he made sure everybody was connecting. We made delicious baked goods. What’s not to like?
