Elisabeth gave a great intro to wine and how to taste wine. It was unclear what was included, as one of the two tasting fees was and the other wasn’t. Definitely has experience with wine and is eager to share it.

Elisabeth is a definite expert in her field and we learned about wine in a way we had not experienced before. It was illuminating and fun. Bonus for us: she speaks Italian and knows a lot about the country from spending many years there, which was of special interest to us since we are traveling there later this year. Great experience, highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time with Elisabeth because she was extremely knowledgeable about the California wines. She talked extensively about how to analyze the taste of each wine and helped us to understand how to pair each wine with various foods. She immediately made us feel at ease and she met us at our skill level. We got to experience tastings from local wineries and also had time for an amazing lunch with paired wine selections. It was a very interesting, informative, and enjoyable day! 🍷🍷🩷
