just at the end of our road , very convenient for a cheapish lunch , £6 choice of 3 dishes one of which is always vegetarian. Busy at the weekends but always welcoming and very easy to be a lone drinker or diner. Good Pizzas , around £10 and a changing menu.

The Lord Stanley is really a fantastic gastro-pub with truly authentic atmosphere and fabulous food.
