The day we recommend going is on Thursdays because it is salsa night, the music is very good and varied as well as its attention.

Thursday nights are salsa nights and the place is packed. You can dance with the best-- until 12am sharp. Then head over to Zona Rosa where most of the clubs are concentrated if you still want to dance.
