Another fun sunset activity is to get drinks at Turtle Bay Hotel's The Point (pool bar). Nice view and there is often live music.

The pool bar for sunsets is an incredible place to take pictures, see free fire dancers (call ahead for scheduling), dress up, have hamburger and am tai. Live music nightly.

Absolutely beautiful and good food at the redesigned Turtle Bay pool, overlooking the ocean. Really great drinks (and heavy pours) and yummy sandwiches and salads. No reservation needed here.
