Super nice with OpenAir Cinema in the summer (free of charge). There is also a nice Cafe-Bar across the street and a club right behind the Kulturfabrik!

Beautiful building which hosts a cute little cinema for a romantic movie night. They also play movies outside in summer. It's all very artsy and cheap as well. Around 5 bucks :)
