Tiny Middle Eastern restaurant off the beaten path. Slightly overpriced but worth it for the baklava (with rosewater) and homemade chai. Family owned and run-the mother is the chef and her kids the waitstaff :) From here you can walk straight up 17th street to the University and the Hill.

mom and pop place, all home cooked! chai...mmmmm. off pearl street, more calm. outdoor seating so nice :o)
