Grizedale Forest, in the heart of the Lake District, offers an unrivalled day out for everyone. You can find walking & cycling trails or simply discover a quiet spot to admire the wildlife, amazing sculptures, a place to relax and enjoy some great food.

Grizedale has great walking and mountain bike trails for all abilities. The Carron Crag walk is a favorite of ours. There is also a visitor centre, cafe and Go Ape.

For walkers or mountain bikers, great forest trails of varying difficulties, with fascinating natural sculptures hidden in the forest along the trails. Great for all ages, good visitor centre, cafe and gift shop, run by the Forestry Commission.

Rightly popular forest centre with loads to do. Bike hire, mtb trails, playgrounds, sculpture trail, go ape high rope course etc etc... A full day out and more!
