This restaurant has a great 360 degree view of Saipan. The restaurant slowly rotates around the center so you can enjoy a 360 degree view of Saipan while you enjoy a delicious meal. They also have daily lunch specials at $9.99. Best to go twice, once at lunch and once at sunset.
