It's the shopping area in Brussels. You will find at the "Goulot Louise" all high-street shops (Zara home, Intimissimi, etc.), the Galleries Toison d'Or and on the opposite side, at the Bad. de Waterloo, all upmarket fashion (Dior, Tiffany's, Ralph Lauren, Channel, ...)
