he parish church of San Silvestro, situated at the highest point of Fraine with its bell tower, dominates the town with its massive bulk of stone. The segments are fairly squared off in parts of the facade, more irregular in others. Above the portal, the façade is preserved a precious stone element erratic with traces of polychrome probably depicting the coat of arms with the lion rampant of Caracciolo. The bell tower, stone, with massive appearance almost watchtower, appears divided into several registers cornices. Of quadrangular plan has, on the ground floor, a round arch.
