Once in a while (by that I mean a week) I crave for a delicious bowl of ramen. Their broth is so rich, so why not have some beer to go along with it?

We love their classic tonkotsu ramen. The broth has a nice depth and well balanced. We love that you can adjust the saltiness of the broth and the doneness of the noodles. You can also customize the flavor further by getting more spices and grinding your own sesame.
