From barbeque ribs, chilaquiles or a Mexican platter, Cafe de Olla has it all. Cafe de olla is always a busy restaurant, especially during Vallarta's high season (December through April). Therefore, if you want to avoid a long line and a long wait time, try to arrive before 5:30pm or after 9:00pm (Cafe de Olla does not have reservations). Now, in terms of the best dishes at Cafe De Olla, here's a list of our favorites: - Barbeque Ribs (Costillitas a la barbeque - Mexican steak (Carne Asada) - Mexican platter: steak, stuffed chile, beans... a little bit of everything!
