Great place for Night market, live music Night clubs in the area! Look for Time in Manila DJ nightclub across from Coffeebean on Makati ave.. secret nightclub! look for a plain door and bouncer..

Small mall with few shops and a SM Grocery inside. Walking distance from the unit.

A Venue and surrounding area. There is a Street Market just outside the mall and many restaurants and bars all around the building. Coffee bean, David's Tea House, Hooters(I think it changed name), and a few Korean and Japanese Restaurants in the area. It is also close to Burgos Street. Its a great area for foodies and sight seeing :)
