Fat Chris serves Detroit-pizza. It's baked in an auto pan and has crispy cheese edges, with a slightly sweet tomato sauce. They also offer hand-tossed pizzas, strombolis, and calzones, as well as pepperoni rolls, parmesan breadsticks, and cheesy sticks. The prepared house and Caesar salads are not my favorite. Dessert offerings are two strudels and cinnamon sticks (both made using their pizza dough). This place appears to do more carry-out than dine-in business. Fat Chris offers a lunch buffet which offers an all you can eat pizza bar, salad bar, and a fountain drink for $11. They will make custom pizzas for you for the pizza bar on request.

Best pizza if you get delivery. Though, it's not chicago style.
