This is an embryonic food hall, which some day will be vibrant but at the moment is just…perplexing. We can never figure out quite what places are open when, as the whole place has an improvised feeling to it. But we keep going back because the Peace Pie Pizzeria makes a classically delicious meatball sub and we are perpetual optimists that the complex will continue to develop into something worthwhile. Plus, Chosen Vintage is on one side and the Magic Lantern Cinema is on the other.

A collection of shops, restaurants, and coffee under one roof. Walkable from Riverfront Park. Several other business and restaurants on the same block. A really cute part of downtown.
