The street is the centre of Yogyakarta's largest tourist district surrounded with many hotels, restaurants, and shops nearby. Sidewalks on both sides of the street are crowded with stores selling a variety of goods. This is the street of the artists. Street musicians, painters, and other artists exhibit their creations on this road. Less obvious to the tourist, but more for the local population, side streets, lanes and structures that lead on to Malioboro are as important as the street itself.

malioboro is the main street and comfortable zone for buying any kinds of jogjakarta souvenirs. as well as riding becak and andong for exploring the city is very interesting

1 tempat bisa untuk semua kegiatan! Di sini bisa untuk belanja oleh-oleh, kuliner, selfie yang pastinya inilah jantung dari kota Yogyakarta. Harap berhati-hati dalam memilih kuliner di sini ya... terutama bagian lesehannya. kalau saya pribadi sih tidak menyarankan lesehan malioboro. Tapi beberapa kaki lima nya memang legend banget! kayak lumpia, pecel di depan Pasar Beringharjo, dll Jangan lupa untuk main ke Museum Vredeburgh dan foto di titik 0 km yaaaa😉
