Chef Paxx is AMAZING A cozy little tiki bar hidden on the edge of La Placita, Jungle Bird serves up fun tropical vibes; think, bamboo furniture, big leafy plants, sexy mood lighting, and gorgeous cocktails. This tropical bar in the Santurce neighborhood that styles its tiki influence after the native Taíno people opened in 2016, but it became a place to go for dinner when chef Paxx Caraballo Moll took over the kitchen after Hurricane Maria.
