The New England Aquarium is an aquarium located in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to the main aquarium building, attractions at the New England Aquarium include the Simons IMAX Theatre and the New England Aquarium Whale Watch, which operates from April through November.

This is the easiest hopping off point on the Blue line, and just a 10 min ride from Orient Heighta Station in East Boston.

If you are going in the winter time, it is a good place to go and keep you stay indoor. The aquarium is not very big but you will be able to spend a few good hours there. The sea lions are all rescue in different situation so it wasn't something unethical / bad treatment for supporting or visiting the place.
