Westport House in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland, is a well known Irish tourist attraction, owned by the Hughes family who own a number of businesses in the west of Ireland. Until January 2017, it was the ancestral seat of the Browne family, whose head was the Marquess of Sligo. This lovely place is only a short walk from the harbour mills!

It has rides and attractions for children under 12, Ireland’s most beautiful and historic home, magnificent woodland campsites, special events throughout the year and a range of milder to wilder adventure activities.
