Beautiful area right near Yellowstone National Park in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Fun and beautiful area to hike.

Mesa Falls is an incredible natural wonder to see. One of many great sites around Yellowstone Park that is not in the park. There are also ATV/UTV trails leading to Mesa Falls and you can pick up maps at nearly every store or gas station in Island Park. In the winter you can only see Mesa Falls by snowmobile, but it's easy groomed trails all the way.
