There are a few things you must have while in Trinidad - 'doubles' is a front runner. This is an anytime of day delicious meal/ snack. Have a 'doubles' or two and wash it down with an Apple J. It tastes better when you eat like a local, at the stand and on the pavement.

Best, tasty doubles in my book. Curepe location - close to Mt. Hope.
