A charming local coffee spot, with excellent coffee and espresso drinks. They specialize in a variety of local roasters. Also on hand are breakfast "toasties" - small toasted sandwiches (also available gluten free).

5 min walk away on Union. Good tasting coffee and across the street from PCC grocery store.

Squirrel Chops is the perfect local place to get a haircut while you're traveling. Enjoy a cup of coffee while you get your trim, and then explore the neighborhood of Madrona, which has a commercial area mostly located on 34th Ave, between Union and Cherry. Cute neighborhood with many little shops and cafes.
