One of the few places serving beef ramen, this tiny restaurant often has a line outside. Beef stock doesn’t usually work with a ramen noodle, but this one is really good—a little sweet and very deep. The premium bowl is luxurious to say the least—it comes with two slices of slow-roasted beef that are really tender. Like all ramen, slurp at it. It cools it and intensifies the flavors like wine by sending them around the mouth, and with the beef stock that really deepens the taste.
