Porth Swtan / Church Bay is a beautiful rural and unspoilt sand and pebble beach edged with rock pools. The beach is backed by cliffs and access is via a steep footpath from the village which may cause difficulty for people with limited mobility. Swimming, sailing, fishing and surfing are all popular activities.

sandy beach with small rock pools backed by high cliffs just 500m from Pen y Graig, enjoy the beach or walk along the coastal path in either direction. Charge for car park, some parking on road to beach.

Or Church Bay Beach - this is within walking distance of the cottage( about a mile). My favourite beach, We love to go down in the evening and watch the sunset.
