Laavu -culture (Lean-to / Wicket) is something very authentic and Lappsih. Go and make a fire on one of them, one hundred are found in Rovaniemi area, and each one is free to use. Also Laavu´s / Lean-to´s are great places for meeting locals and socializing since there are two places where us reserved finns are chatty: Laavu´s and Saunas
