Taos Cow in Seco is now in their new location - food truck in the parking lot. Still best ice cream, grab a burrito on the way up to ski or hike and then a reuben on the way down. Super coffee.

Fantastic ice cream, Good sandwiches. I recommend the Reuben. Cute town. Chill spot to relax in a nice atmosphere.

Located in quaint Arroyo Seco, The Cow has been a Taos favorite for homemade ice cream. The lavender ice cream is a treat if you’re into exploring with flavor.
