This new part of the city used to be an industrial spot, but as the industry was closed the location has gone through an enormous gentrification and is now a popular place to go for families who wants to hang out at the playground with their kids, perhaps sip on a glass of wine or have a beer with friends in one of the nice neighborhood restaurants.
