Situated literally ON the beach, this restaurant has lovely food and drinks which you can enjoy while digging your toes in the sand and watching the waves crash - Bliss

This is a great area of the beach to hang out at for the day. Chairs will cost 50k VND for the day, but there are clean, western bathrooms here and you can order food and drinks too if you want.
