I am a yoga instructor, so I have to put this one on here. Just up the street in 12 S., there are several yoga studios. Liberation yoga is my favorite, with a very warm and welcoming environment and extremely knowledgeable teachers, this is a great place to practice yoga while you're in Nashville!
