Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht over het water. Rustig gelegen 5 minuten lopen van het centrum en het metrostation. Het appartement heeft een gezellig kookeiland en voorzien van afwasmachine, oven, magnetron, quooker en koffiezetapparaat. De zitkamer is voorzien van een TV en een beamer. Daarnaast staan er 2 banken waarvan 1 slaapbank. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers aan de achterkant van het appartement met daaraan het balkon.
