High quality linens and towels Everything you need to a relaxing getaway PET FEE- we do allow you to bring a well mannered dog. Please clean up after them so we can continue to allow this. Please don’t try to sneak in your dogs, without telling us. We have new protocols in place to help keep everyone safe. We have enacted rigorous cleaning procedures to keep our renters safe and healthy.

CasparCottage. is a charming quiet nicely appointed cottage that we built on our 5 private acres 3 miles from the ocean and 10 minutes from Mendocino or Fort Bragg. Walk to the WATERFALL in the Russian Gulch State Park from the cottage. We are at the eastern edge of the park. We've been sharing our cottage with guests for many years and have many guests that return year after year. It's a perfect place for a honeymoon, anniversary, special occasion or quiet retreat. We provide breakfast goodies!

You’ll wake to the sound of bird songs and wind bustling through the bamboo outside. Take a step out of the double doors to the back patio and enjoy your coffee amongst the flora and fauna of the garden

Home is located right around the corner from Russian Gulch State Park with only a 5 min walk to the parks entrance and its hiking trails. Location is 1 mile from Point Cabrillo Lighthouse and 2 miles to the Mendocino Village and Caspar Beach. Within driving distance to many other coastal attractions, including wine tasting, hiking, surfing, kayaking, beaches, river, fishing, redwoods, Fort Bragg and many other activities. Access to many premier mountain biking trails is right across the highway.

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch, our newly renovated room lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. You need have no contact with owners. Completely separate building with own entrance & no contact on arrival or departure. Lovely sunny room opening to a serene and private patio for outdoor relaxing. In a quiet but vibrant community. Walk to or take public transportation to UC campus, Downtown Berkeley, Ashby BART Station (easy 20 minute walk), the famous Berkeley Bowl grocery store (15 minute walk), and much more.

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

A deluxe school bus located off Hwy 1, 1.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, provide a secluded, sunny off-grid artistic getaway, with organic gardens, "malibu shower", a yoga deck, healing space (with massage, sound healing, reiki and other healing add-ons). The bus has a fully equipped kitchen, wood-stove, on-demand hot water & and private bathroom.
