Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.
