In juli & augustus per week! Ons unieke huis staat op een landtong met aan 2 kanten water. Centraal gelegen tussen Amsterdam en Utrecht. In de omgeving zijn jachthavens en recreatiewoningen. Vanaf de weg loop je naar het pontje, waarmee je zelf naar het huisje vaart. Het huis is alleen per vlot/boot bereikbaar. Het huis heeft een tuin, houten steigers en zitjes. Binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien: er is vloerverwarming, airco en Wifi. Boven zijn 2 slaapkamers, 2e toilet en badkamer.

(Wild swimming nearby!) Attractive 15-minute stroll to main train station, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and lively shopping street nearby. Very close to the Jaarbeurs complex. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-travelled hosts.

Although in a quiet rural street very close to the city of Utrecht. It will take you 15 minutes to bike right into the center of town, or 18 minutes by bus (and a walk to the bus stop).

The guest house has NO kitchen and NO breakfast. The supermarkets, restaurants, city center, bus station, and train stations are within short walking distance. There is NO FREE PARKING nearby.

This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Vanuit deze ideaal gelegen accommodatie kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen, zoals varen, suppen, fietsen, zwemmen, wandelen, kanoën etc. Het boothuis ligt zeer centraal gelegen en de gezellige boulevard met zijn terrasjes en binnenstad van Harderwijk zijn op loopafstand.
