Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

Enjoy our beautiful tiny house located on 8-acre horse farm in Franklin just outside of Nashville! The stylish home has kitchen, bathroom, sleeping loft and office nook. It has a high ceiling and light colors with plenty of windows, as well as various lighting for a relaxing experience. Also on the property, is our lovely main house, cottage, barn and artist's studio. Visit historic downtown Franklin for great entertainment and dining, as well as a hiking trails nearby for the nature lover!

Charming home in a lovely neighborhood outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville and Franklin, but close enough to quickly get everywhere. Close to stores, restaurants, shopping, and freeways. This home is warm and comfortable with an open concept, walkable neighborhood and located close to everything, without the Nashville congestion. Franklin is just down the road. The Cottage on Roberts

Recently renovated! The Cottage on Roberts is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is all one level with the exception of a few steps that guests will need to climb to get into the house. If climbing stairs is an issue we can provide access by way of the back door, which has no steps. We can comfortably sleep and host 6 guests. The outdoor covered patio, backyard and kid's playset make this space great for all types of guests!
