This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Alle energie komt via zonnepanelen. Op het terras kunt u genieten van de zon en van het uitzicht op de haven. Ook beleeft u plezier aan de rustige ongedwongen sfeer van Aalsmeer.

Het is gelegen in het zuiden van de stad en de straat heeft toegang tot de bus, de tram en fietsverhuur, waardoor mobiliteit gemakkelijk overal in de stad en de omgeving beschikbaar is. In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.

Met het strand en bos op 7 kilometer afstand, mooie fiets- en wandelpaden en de gemoedelijke Westlandse sfeer is er eigenlijk voor ieder wat wils!
