Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Ideaal voor wie een echt even tot rust wil komen. Of voor wie een dagje stad wil combineren met een bijzonder en rustgevend verblijf aan het water. Het eiland is uitsluitend per boot bereikbaar. Voor €30 per dag huur je een motorbootje waarmee je eenvoudig naar het eiland vaart en de Vinkeveense Plassen kunt ontdekken.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. Voel je welkom op onze boot. We hopen dat je net zo netjes met onze boot omgaat als wij. Binnen mag er uiteraard niet gerookt worden. Geen probleem voor jou? We verwelkomen je graag. In overleg kun je ook onze sloep huren (vaarbewijs vereist). Kinderen zijn welkom als zij een zwemdiploma hebben.

Sólo se puede acceder en barco y el barco está incluido (ver foto), Siempre le registramos personalmente y navegamos en nuestro propio barco con usted desde el aparcamiento hasta la casa de campo en 5 minutos. También estamos a su disposición con un barco rápido en caso de emergencias. Pedimos un depósito extra de 500 € para el barco, porque Airbnb no lo asegura.
