Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

Industrial vibes in a rural setting. This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is brand new and professionally designed. One bedroom apartment within our home on a gorge in the Belle Sherman neighborhood of Ithaca. There are 2 queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, a pullout queen sofa in the living room & optional air mattress, sleeps up to four adults. You will have your own apartment within our home, and access to our hot tub and patio overlooking the gorge.
