Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Wat leuk dat u geïnteresseerd bent. We geven u graag tips: Kom kijken bij de museum molen, heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, varen, vissen of rij in 30 min naar het strand. Slaapt u in de extra lange elektrische boxspring of gezellig in het stapelbed? Zelfs de bank kan uitgeklapt worden als slaapbank voor een relaxte tv avond+massagestoel. Het is altijd al onze droom geweest om een B&B te beginnen. We zijn heel dankbaar dat we dit historische pand hebben mogen kopen, opknappen en u mogen verwelkomen.

Within half an hour you'll be in the centre of Amsterdam but also in Alkmaar, Volendam, Zaanse Schans. We offer you a spacious private guest house in a beautiful surrounding. You'll have a lot of privacy and the owner is happy to inform you and make it as comfortable as possible. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo business travelers and families (with children).

Dit huisje bevind zich aan de achterkant van een boerderij, midden in een natuur-en vogelgebied in Noord-Holland op 30 min afstand van Amsterdam. Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.
