Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Historic cabin from the 1860's, recently updated with all of the modern amenities to make for a comfortable, unique, peaceful stay. Located on 40 acres at Spotted Sheep Ranch, this cabin was hand reconstructed and boasts a living room, kitchen, king loft room, front & back patio, yard, and hot tub. Located less than 2 mins from more than 10 incredible wineries, a quick 8 mins to Johnson City, or 20 mins to Fredericksburg, this cabin is remote, yet convenient.

New Life Farms-The Writer's Cabin

Our rustic Writer's Cabin is absolutely charming. The 16 x 20 main room has a queen size bed, Roku TV, poker table, and efficiency kitchen area that includes a small fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, and double sink. The bathroom has a large shower and a rod for your hanging clothes. You will also enjoy the rockers on the front porch, which are great for sipping coffee while visiting, watching life on the farm and awesome sunsets!
